In the morning of 28 June the SC2 Info Day took place, presenting in detail the 2017 Work Programme and lessons learnt from previous calls. A summary from the Info Week, including presentations, is available here.

Following the Info Day, in the afternoon of 28th June 2016, there was the brokerage event organised by the EU-funded BioHorizon project. The event targeted a wide spectrum of companies, universities, government organisations and NGOs, and other stakeholders involved in research, from Europe and beyond, interested in sharing present project ideas for H2020 SC2 and KET-Biotech calls 2017 and make partnerships for joint project proposals. Over 250 researchers and entrepreneurs from 32  countries took part in the event and participated in 425 pre-arranged bilateral meetings. Furthermore, many additional meetings were arranged in a spontaneous manner during the event.

The official opening of the 2017 calls is planned for October 2016, and the first deadlines will be in February of 2017, making this the perfect opportunity to start building your consortium!
