The fourth Bio-NCP meeting for SC2 NCPs will be organised by the European Commission on 8th of November 2016 in Brussels. All Bio-NCPs have received the invitation by e-mail.
In the course of this meeting, BioHorizon will organise an awarding ceremony and it's second Advisory Board meeting.

The awarding ceremony will be held from 14:30 till 16:00. The goal is to create awareness for BioHorizon's 'Practical Guide for Bio-NCPs' and further stimulate the uptake of good practices. The event will start with a presentation of the Practical Guide followed by an interactive session where Bio-NCPs can exchange experiences and best practices from their daily work and activities. Each participant will have 2 minutes to either:
- give an example of the implementation of a good practice in its daily work, or
- propose or suggest new ideas to further stimulate implementation of good practices in the daily work of Bio-NCPs.

The Bio-NCP with the best/nicest/most informative pitch will be selected after a vote of the audience and awarded. This ceremony is targeting both un-experienced and experienced Bio-NCPs. The aim of the second BioHorizon Advisory Board meeting (16:00 - 17:00) is to provide Bio-NCPs with information on the BioHorizon project, discuss the project progress and collect feedback and suggestions from Bio-NCPs. All officially nominated Bio-NCPs are invited to participate.
