Updated information on Swiss participation in Horizon 2020

As of 1 January 2017, the Association Agreement with Switzerland applies to all parts of Horizon 2020 (full association). In consequence, entities from Switzerland can thus receive financial contributions from the European Commission in all calls of Horizon 2020.
