Registered participants

As you may know, the programme has geographical eligibility criteria dividing the EU and associated countries into “widening” (low-performing in R&I) and non-widening who take part as mentors of the widening ones.

Currently, there are registered participants from widening countries such as Turkey, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Slovenia as well as from non-widening countries such as Spain, UK, Belgium and the Netherlands. Most popular fields of activity are Chemical sciences, Biological Sciences, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Physical sciences and Biotechnology (Medical, Environmental, Industrial, Agricultural).

Eligible organizations can be research and academic actors, clusters, enterprises, national/regional authorities aspiring to become Centres of Excellence. Participants interested in widespread schemes of H2020 can access a pool of potentially interesting partners to team up for proposals.

Through a dedicated matchmaking service, organisations (from widening and non-widening countries) upload their cooperation profile, Teaming (idea-expertise), Twinning (idea-expertise), ERA Chairs, Cost Actions and meet with partners of their interest.
