The main goal of the triple-helix conference on bio-based economy organised by Danube-INCO.NET is to enhance the establishment and development of bio-based economy partnerships in the target countries, tackling societal challenges in the field of food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, water research, bio-based  economy and bio-energy.

Target groups of the conference are interested participants from academia, government and business across the Danube Region. The aim is to gather all relevant actors working in the identified societal challenges and support them in networking and establishing long-term dialogue among them.
