The Agencia Estatal Consejo Superior de Investigacionas (CSIC), together with other partners within the NCP_WIDE.NET project, is organizing the workshop 'Synergies between ESI Funds and Horizon 2020' on 11-12 October in Brussels.

Synergies are targeted to maximise the impact of public policies and support in bridging regions, sectors and value chain stakeholders towards new business, competitiveness, new and better jobs and benefits for our society and environment. This highly practical workshop is aimed at providing examples in which EF/ESIF and FP7/H2020 funds have been combined in order to amplify the research and development investments and their impacts, as well as analysing key success factors and barriers on building synergies.
