The 3rd Bioeconomy Stakeholder Workshop for Bio-NCPs will be organised by BioHorizon as a side event of the Agri Innovation Summit 2017 (AIS2017), a joint initiative of a Portuguese Consortium, the Portuguese Government, the EIP-AGRI network and the European Network for Rural Development. It will be held on 13th October 2017, 9:00-12:30.

Venue: Lagoas Park Hotel, Rua Encosta das Lagoas, 2740-245 Porto Salvo, Oeiras, Portugal

The main objective of this workshop is to enable Bio-NCPs to better understand the regional bioeconomy developments in EU and how to promote synergies between Horizon 2020 and other EU funding in the bioeconomy field. Participants will have an opportunity to hear first-hand experiences on the application of synergies and discuss difficulties on the implementation of this concept, as well as possible opportunities to explore it. A draft Agenda of this workshop will be available soon.

Participation is open to Bio / KET-B NCPs (EU MS & AC) but, due to limited space and funding, only up to 25 participants will be accepted. Since there is a centralized registration process, only those already registered for the AIS2017 can participate in the BioHorizon workshop. It is possible to request the reimbursement of travel expenses from the BioHorizon project but specific conditions apply.
